About Kramer Fyfe

Hi I’m Kramer. I’m a husband, father, and artist in Austin, TX. I love art, especially drawing and painting. I have for as long as I can remember. Creating something that appears three dimensional on a flat surface has always fascinated me. I grew up with a pencil in hand drawing everywhere I went, and I eventually picked up painting as a hobby in college. I am now obsessed with it, and I work continuously to learn and improve.

I favor painting realistic landscapes and observing the laws of light and nature to create the illusion of atmosphere and texture. I mainly focus on painting local landscapes of Austin, Lake Travis, and the hill country. I am a Christ follower as well and enjoy interpreting scripture in metaphorical landscapes. There is such beauty in this world He created, and I am inspired to paint it.
